We now better understand hypnotic and visualization use while taking care of our patients, whether in an emergency or long-term care setting. A much less known and used application in medicine of active visualization is what we call, in mental preparation coaching, mental projection and mental repetition. It's all about using our creative capacity in order to pre-organize adapted emotional processes, and so automatic behaviors and procedural memories activation, that will lead to better performances. Understanding and appropriate these techniques can really potentiate your skills, especially those that you do not regularly review.
